  • Near your outdoor water meter.  

If you search your home and still cannot find your water shut off, you can check your property inspection report. It should be listed under the plumbing section of the report. If it is still not listed in the report, make sure to look up the city’s water department phone number and keep it handy . It’s important to call them in an emergency to come and cut off the water from the street .
